Our key aim is to introduce Pilates to children and young people in a way that makes it fun and inspiring. Pilates is a mat based movement practice that improves physical and mental well-being.
The Pilates method Alliance conducted a 5 year study on the benefits of this practice for Children and Adolescents and the results included:
