Simone lives in South Derbyshire with her family and her dog Scrumpy. She has over 15 years experience in teaching Pilates and is enthusiastic about the positive effect it can have on both physical and mental health.

Simone graduated from University of Brighton in 2002 with a First Class Honours Degree in Dance, following which she worked as a Dance Artist and Creative Educator and completed her Master’s Degree in 2004.

She now works as a fully qualified Pilates teacher with her own equipment studio Star Pilates
